MTN Foundation Celebrates 10 Years
How times flies. It is already 10 years since mobile network
giant MTN launched its foundation in Nigeria.
Top Nigerian musicians and dignitaries were in attendance at
a conference organized to mark a decade of the foundation’s existence on
Tuesday, September 15, at the Eko Hotels and Suites Victoria Island Lagos.
Among the entertainers that performed at the event were
Banky W, Chidinma Ekile, Cobhams Asuquo and MTN Project Fame Season 7
housemates with DJ Humility on the turn table.

Scholars at the MTN Foundation and Muson School of Music
also made the night one to remember.
Chairman, MTN Nigeria, Dr Pascal Dozie opened the conference
while Chairman, MTN Nigeria Foundation, Prince Julius Adelusi, the immediate
past governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN) and other speakers
tackled Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR), in Nigeria.
Fashola’s speech, however, stole the entire show.
