President Muhammad Buhari visit to United Nations at the 70th United Nations Assembly was commendable and significant.

The visit to UN is expected to bring immense opportunities to Nigeria and to strategical position Nigeria in the World

what I don't know and curiosity seems to drive me to inquire is, Why did Mr President away to another mans' land send the list of ministers to the Senate House from United States through his special adviser to senate matters. Then calculatively and slyly he appointed himself as the minister of petroleum from the States.

Why these moves? I sense he is scared of the heat and brouhaha the later action might bring to the polity of the  Nation thereby making the move away from home seizing the opportunity of UN visit. What kind of game can I call this?  This is not how chess game is played or any kind of game, though football can be played away from home but the balls and facilities will be that of the away team and not the home team. but in this case Mr president played his game away were the facilities and equipment are in his home country Nigeria.

His self appointment as Minister of Petroleum shows that he is taking a cue from his colleague in Millitary and ex-president of Nigeria President Olusegun Obasanjo. where throughout his administration headed the coveted positions and acted without supervision and monitoring. Whether he swindled oil money or not Nobody seems to know, even if you know you have no power to question and investigate his actions.

Yet the current President of Nigeria President Muhammad Buhari the much acclaimed self disciplined and self integrity leader has just followed that path of action.

Who is deceiving who? Is he saying that he is the most self disciplined and incorruptible person in the whole of Nigeria that nobody else has the integrity, trust, and moral value to head the position with him at the Center monitoring and supervising.

I pray that the senate house should always look carefully at his dealings around the petroleum business so that the unchecked can be checked for the sake of the masses and good governace.
